Develop standardized approaches across multiple markets that maximize current resources. Monitor home delivery direct response sales and retention budget, including volumes and expenses. Monitor CPO and CPU by sales channel and property to gauge effectiveness of campaigns. Manage integrated direct response programs including, but not limited to, in-paper ads, direct mail, email, inserts and internet. Project scope includes coordination of creative, printing postage, fulfillment and scheduling. Facilitate timely launch of programs. Oversight of contract fulfillment by outside sales vendors. Monitor retention programs orchestrated and stops data and execute programs to extend the average life of the subscribers. Ensure continuous use of customer touch-point processes. Manage the subscriber billing process, coordinating the growth of new print and electronic features and customized bill messaging, and working with Accounting and IT to ensure accurate and on time billing. Communicate programs, results and accomplishments to Group Home Delivery Sales Manager, sales team and local units, enabling proactive implementations. Facilitate communication of promotions to sites and to the COE, auditing GICS applications and work with the Data Control Associate to update and maintain information. Act as liaison between departments and units to ensure resolution of customer issues, projects come in on plan and deadlines are met. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Be professional, courteous and timely in every interaction, conveying to all external customers our appreciation for their business.
